Farm Products
These products will be available seasonally. Special orders and requests are welcome. Contact us if you have any questions

Happy Chickens and Eggs

We had a batch of happy chickens during 2009. Our chickens get fresh grass every day as they are moved around the yard in the safety of a large cage.

We plan to have more meat birds in 2010, as well as starting a laying flock. We will have farm fresh eggs available around September and free range chicken available mid-summer in 2010.

Apple Butter

We make apple butter from our own Cortland and Northern Spy apples, as well as from some apple from the orchard right down the road. This will be available this fall and next year in 2011, we are all out of our 2009 batch!

Fresh Veggies

We have a large veggie garden, complete with garlic, onions, potatoes, leeks, tomatoes, brocolli, green pepper, green beans, peas, carrots, asparagus, and more. Veggies will be available as they are ready throughout the summer.veggies

Pumpkins and Gourds
We have pumpins in our field and also grow a number of gourds. Feeling crafty and looking for some dried gourds to paint? Give us a call - we have some dried gourds from last year, and this season's gourds will be ready next year.

Peanut Butter
We are growing peanuts in the field this year, hoping to have a harvest and be able to make homemade peanut butter. Stay tuned to see how it goes!

Honey
We are getting our first hives of bees this spring - and hope to have our first small harvest of fresh honey this fall.
