| 2009 We tap our own sugar maple trees in our woods to make maple syrup. Our 2009 batch was pretty dark and has a smoky flavor. We are working on some improvements to our boiling set-up, and hope to have a more refined syrup for 2010. We still have some syrup available for sale, it is great for cooking, and I like it on my pancakes - it just depends on how you like your syrup! |
