We are a small family farm in Hartford, NY, located in the Champlain Valley between the foothills of the
Adirondack Mountains in New York to our west and the Green Mountains in Vermont to our east.

We specialize in plants that are native to New York and the Adirondacks. We also carry a variety of home-grown
and home-made farm products and fine crafts, from fresh seasonal veggies to nature photography.
